Kalamunda Hospital Hot Water System Replacement.

Contract Description

The scope of the contract required WA Plumbing Solutions to upgrade the existing hot water plant room and internal piping system while maintaining a functioning hospital, we were required to work around the day to day running of the hospital and ensure that any shut downs were scheduled during the hospital down times. The contract duration was 3.5 months and during this time frame we completed the works over 5 stages. The plant room upgrades consisted of the installatio0n of a new Allied Pump packaged UV filtration system with warm water return pumps, Rheem packaged gas boosted HWS with electric essential back up and the hot water ring main consisted of class A copper supplying all the internal fixtures, all pipework was installed thru the existing roof void.  WA Plumbing Solutions was also required to remove all the existing pipework that was located within the ceiling space.
