Project Description:  

WA Plumbing Solutions has been engaged by NW Construction to provide the hydraulic services to 158 residential and commercial units across 2 buildings.

The Scope of the work,

The scope of works required WA Plumbing Solutions to install all forward work for the apartment buildings, followed by the installation of a siphonic storm water systems discharging into a storm water retention system with an Allied Pumps storm water pump station. Both building were designed to have the hot water supplied to each unit via a hat water ring main, WA Plumbing Solutions supplied and installed 2 X Rheem commercial hot water packaged system connecting to all apartments and commercial offices. Due to the low water pressure in the area, a potable water storage and pressurizing system was required to supply water to all apartments on level 4,5 & 6. WA Plumbing Solutions installed an Allied Pumps above ground sewer pump to service 87 units because of the lack of depth on the sewer connection. As part of our contract we also installed a diesel and electric fire pump set and fire ring main throughout both buildings. The design incorporated gas hot plates to all units so the installation of 132 gas sub meters were required with WA Plumbing Solutions constructing a gas manifold to connect to the gas main with gas supplies run to each unit. As per the contract WA Plumbing Solutions installed all suspended drainage, internal water service and fixtures.
