Contract Description

WA Plumbing Solutions were contracted by Devcon Australia to install 566 mtrs of 200mm PVC and 276 mtrs of 150mm PVC along Adelaide st and Abernethy rd Hazelmere for the future development of an industrial area. WA Plumbing Solutions supplied all traffic management, surveying for ascons, disinfection plans and construction logs as part of our contract.

We were the head contractor, scheduling in sub-contractors, suppling method statements, disinfection plans and attend site meetings.  We were required to contract in machinery, asphalts and boring contractors to complete the works.

The approved design required one 225mm PE under road boring on Abernethy rd, the installation of hydrants and flushing points, 2 x 150mm fire mains connections and 2 x 100mm water supply connections. All works were completed and handed over with WA Plumbing Solutions providing to the superintendent the Water Corp documentation for hand over.
